Diff, transfer box, haldex oils OEM only?

Fair comment but Skoda don’t even include these important oil changes on their service schedules. Baffles me why they don’t. Diff, transfer box and Haldex are completely omitted from the service book.

No, Skoda / VW do not.

**& Service Books are completely omitted from the cars delivered for near 7 years now.**

They sell vehicles at dealers 'Skoda Approved Cars' with FULL MAIN DEALER SERVICE HISTORIES',  cars that might have had Service Plans.

That does not mean Serviced to Manufactures Guidelines, and the Warranty does not say to Service Schedules',

But to Guidelines.

So no Brake Fluid, DSG or Haldex Fluid / Oil changes might be done yet FMDSH.

A timely reminder.

All that is drained might not be Golden.    Also just because something is not on a Service Record does not mean a used car was maybe not serviced DIY or at an Independent,

A Used car might be better Serviced than a car with FMDSH which might mean a history of not much being done.

Someone buying a used car really has no idea what was done or not done, and might think that the DSG or Haldex was not serviced and the oil has been there a long time and might actually have recently been changed and the filter, or maybe never touched, Its all guessing and gambling.
