Has anyone any ideas how to keep the seats in a octavia vrs clean i.e the fabric bit. Every time i open the door if its raining and the rain drives in it stains really badly when dry. Bloody nightmare! Any help would be much appreciated.

There are many products on the market that will help (I use autoglym) but there seems to be a swing towards basic soda crystals diluted in water, aroud 69p from Tesco's

I had the same bug bare with my Vrs, got fed up with the seats staining everytime the seats got wet.

In the end I decided to sort it once and for all and take it in for the cloth middles and door cards doing in red leather to match the car.

Not back yet, but might change the carpets to black ones while its in there, cos they are a pig to keep clean too. But have to find one first. Want to avoid dealer prices if i can.
