Hi all have a 2010 Octavia facelift with built in Bluetooth it keeps coming up phone not compatible when trying to connect to Bluetooth I have a iPhone XR also how do you delete other phones from the Bluetooth as there is two on there but not connected not sure how many you can have on the stereo thanks

Check the BT module part number, it's probably under the front passenger sear.

 

There is a good chance you have an rSAP only module in a 2010 which isn't compatible with any version of the iPhone.

The stock phone system in the FL is a PITA to operate. You should have a section in the owners manual that tells you everything about it, I think mine does too.

From memory, if you go into the Bluetooth menu in Settings, if you go under the User menu you will be able to delete the user profiles that contain the phones. You can create a new profile in that same menu. 

 

There's no reason as to why it shouldn't recognise your iPhone, but then again the car is made to work with an older version of Bluetooth, not the 5.0(?) used by the new iPhones. Then again, it shouldn't matter.
