Can anybody tell what this means

The green light mean your headlight dipped/low beams are on.

 

The error means the AFS (auto levelling and 'bending' xenons) system isn't working. This could be for a number of reasons but the most common is probably a damaged sensor. These are located on the UK passenger side on both the front and rear suspension.

 

I'd suggest using VCDS or similar to check exactly what the error is.
