You need to look at the thread on broken wires for the car as I presume that is the reason.

You checked them inside the flexible rubber boot?

Some of the one's that break are within the bundle of wire and can be easily missed if you do not pull the wires apart.

Is some like new, and i touch all wires is nothing.

I have the same problem on my  2009 superb I checked all the wiring and they are fine. I don.t know where to look and what to change. need some help please.

The best way to check wiring integrity is to disconnect the multi-plug under the headlining, remove the lining of the boot door and use a continuity tester on each wire to check for damage. It's possible for the wire to be broken without any damage to the insulation.
