Good Morning Guy and Girls,

 

I have come to a dead end when it comes to the issue my VRS has, so started out as a TFSI limited edition, had a TSI engine swap around 4 years - 25k ago.

 

So the issue, I used to get an intermittent issue with the car EPC light coming on, restarting the car would normally clear any light and limp mode, this has been happening for over a year but then Saturday I was driving EPC light comes on, turn off the car, car wouldn't start off the key with out pumping the throttle, once running sounds like it is on 3 cylinders and when you rev smoke pours out the back and petrol come out the exhaust. 

 

Scanning has shown no codes and I have no lights on the dash, but a definite issue is present.

 

Any ideas before the car has a match thrown inside

I had very similar symptoms when one of my injectors packed up on my 2010 fl petrol vrs. 

Yeah. Injectors, coil packs, plugs. The latter two are a cheap first try.
