I see that Skoda are now offering Running Boards as an option on some versions of the the Karoq. Does anybody have experience of Running Boards on a Karoq? Do they aid access for the young / old / short people?

Someone posted a photo with after market running boards they had bought, looked smart actually.

 

I’m looking for running boards where I can keep the front mudflaps.

Most I have seen appear to not fit with mudflaps.

There is an existing thread where both OEM and non OEM side steps have been fitted that may help (I googled it just the other day as was looking doe similar Info!)  I think the Skoda ones are now a factory fit option, but Fit well with mudflaps in place.
