mk1 vrs my fuel tank has started to pressurize released pressure at night come out in the morning and its done it overnight anybody can help steer me in right direction of cause concerned as you can here tank distortion when releasing pressure

Fuel can certainly distort if they do not release pressure. hence breathers / venting systems.

Which is why a cap seals (incase a vehicle is upside down) and the system allows pressure to release with temp / weather changes  and barometric / atmospheric pressure changes.

I noticed fuel stains on car if I leave it it pushes fuel out the neck

Problem with the EVAP system? Maybe the EVAP canister is blocked. Has the tank been overfilled, brimmed to the very top, this can often bugger up the EVAP canister I believe.
