Help and advice please! 

 

My 2011 m2 Superb has now got four crusty window seals with the fronts looking particularly rough. 

Any recommendations on replacement or improvement? In essence, they're falling apart and are getting rotten.

Asking as my rain scrapers are no longer clearing water off side windows....
