I'm Dom and I'm now a Skoda owner .... hopefully made the right decision. I've spent the last 20 years or so as a Vauxhall man but nothing really inspired me to stay so decided to go VAG - we've had around 25 VAG cars over the last 18 years as company cars and not had any major issues so Skoda seemed a natural choice.

 

Picked up an ex-rental (I didn't know it was until the last minute) 1.5 TSI SE in near immaculate condition, 11 months old and 13.3k miles. All seems good so far.

 

My background is in vehicle electronics and testing systems and currently work for a company that does everything from WLTP testing cars to designing our own engines.  I've been a long term lurker on these forums as my father / sister are both Skoda owners and happy with their cars.
