Yeti front shocks

Featured Replies

Hello  just about to change the front shocks on my 2013 2.0L  170ps 4x4 yeti. I was wondering if there were any run through or guides for the job, so I could do it in one go, or if there were any special tools I need before I start the job.  ( I have used the search function on the forum but can’t seem to find anything).

many thanks

Neil

You will certainly need a set of spring compressors, plus a set of star drives, a torque wrench and possibly a press for the bushes.

Not sure on Yeti, but I did this on a Ford many years ago and the geometry had to be reset professionally on an alignement machine?

If you search Briskoda through google it can be more productive.

It has to be similar to the VW Golf 5
