We've ordered a Karoq to replace the Yeti. Dealer has confirmed today that the factory has accepted our order, and he'll have a a build week confirmed for us within the next 3 weeks (the confirmation will be within 3 weeks, not the build 🙂 )

 

Any experience how long its likely to be until delivery? Or is it simply a 'piece of string' question? I understand it might depend on build etc, this is a 1.5 DSG SE L with a few extras like towbar, heated screen and such.

 

Current dealer guess is 8-14 weeks which is a fairly long period. We are not in desperate need of it, and at the moment I am inclined to ask them to register it in September, particularly if it is due in August when we are away anyway.

I ordered my Edition 1.5 DSG March 4th, dealer informed me after 3-4  weeks that the scheduled build date week beginning April 8th. I called the dealer a week ago and it was built and cleared to ship but not yet shipped. I am waiting for a call for arrival so currently in week 12. I'm not in any hurry though. I guess another week or so till its on the driveway following dealer delivery and PDI  and pick up etc.

If you have the Yeti rubber mats you can use them in the Karoq.

I just gave the dealer a call and my car just arrived at the dealership today. They were going to call me tomorrow to arrange a hand over day after checking everything over. A 1.5 DSG 4x4 Edition with a few  extra toys. This will be my fourth Skoda in succession from the same dealer.

Picked my car up this morning,, very sad to say good bye to my faithful Fabia though.
