Randomish question, have a friend with a VW 1.6Cdi Jetta, I think has the same engine as my Octavia 3, anyways apparantly he had a serpentine belt go on the motorway and car stopped, garage said that the serpentine belt had tangled with the cam belt and knocked out the timing by a couple of teeth, can the serpentine belt get tangled with the cam belt?

Thinking more on my own car obviously as I don't fancy the same thing happening.
