Hi all,

just 10 days until I can get my vrs....

Like xmas, easter and new year all rolled into one...

but that would make it xmeasewyear....'n that would just be silly..

anyway, back to the point, I must be strange 'cos I don't want to wait for a new fabia, an '04 or '05 model will do me.

Was looking at a CTR, Clio...but my mate suggested I try the furby...ha!!!..I scoffed...bloody brilliant!!!....I said after driving it...

Great forum here, already worked out how to spend more money making an innocuous'ish looking car into a wolf in sheeps clothing, anyway, enough rambling, I'm off to check stock lists..

It really is a solid, well screwed together, fast Skoda. You'll get 50mpg regulary and up to 65 on a 70mph run down the Motorway. Well worth the wait. Welcome and enjoy.

Hi we recently bought a nearly new 2025 Skoda Enjaq 2025 85X and three weeks ago the following happened to my wife on a flat car park: I reversed into a parking space with empty spaces each side of the car. I elevated the P switch to red light position. I opened driver door and screen was on Goodbye. I got out of car and closed driver door. I opened rear right passenger door to remove a bag. Closed that door. Remembered I needed to turn off Interior Monitoring as dog was in the boot. Opened

My 2023 Fabia started throwing up two faults. First the windshield wipers stop working and there's a fault about that. So far I have been able to get them started again by turning them on and off a few times. Then another fault happens in rapid succession and the lane assist stops working. I have an extended warranty until September but the dealer suggested it might be out of warranty because I recently had an oil service, MOT, and new tyres fitted at a local garage. Any advice welcome.

A heads-up... The fuel-filler flap on cars is not (normally) designed to provide waterproofness and, when it rains or the car is washed, water will find its way into the compartment area behind the flap. My 2009 Skoda Roomster's fuel-filler compartment has a drain-outlet directly below the filler-cap. The outlet's bore is quite large and any water collecting in the compartment rapidly drains away and disappears harmlessly behind the rear wheel-arch's plastic liner. My 2024 Skoda Fabia Mk4's f
