Hi

 

I have a RS model 2014 and i live in Sweden.

 

3 weeks ago the led started to dim a bit, 1 week ago it flickered a bit the it went totally dead, so now it isn't working at all.

I got the standard code in the car that the light doesn't work, but sometimes the fault code is not there.

 

I have not yet gone to the Skoda shop to read the fault code diagnostics but i have a question before i do.

 

Is this a regular problem?

Does it go under some type of goodwill warranty?

Any tip on how i can get it in some kind of goodwill?

Some have had issues before with failing LED DRL controller (see link below) which is external to the headlamp. It's not overly common though. Ask for goodwill as it should last longer than it has.
