I bought 2 mouths ago Skoda Octavia 1.6 (2018). The car is very good and I really like this car but I have a problem with the noise of fuel in the tank.

When the tank is full, I hear a hard sound of splashing the fuel in the tank. Its a noise that I heard only when the tank is full, after 1/2 of the fuel, the sounds its not existing.

I spoke also with my provider and they said that this is a normal sound and not a problem of the fabric. I really think that this problem is not only in my car or in my mind :). 

 

Anybody has the same problem?

A warm welcome to the Forum Elda !  No - not normal, my Octavia does not do it, 2017.  It may be fuel in the filler tube if you fill it to the brim.

I have the same problem with the fuel tank.
