That's a strong case for buying petrol, it'll take quite a few years to offset the higher purchase price, and the higher pence per litre of diesel.

 

We do between 8,000 and 10,000 miles per year and wouldn't ever go back to diesel now.

 

Whilst the MPG is higher in this example (Ford Focus), the actual difference between the petrol and diesel Kodiaq's is about the same...
