Couldn't see the pic to start with. Thought it was maybe an old RM Schools tablet the used to make veyr early XP based tabs for schools when I was a tech back in the early noughties.

 

It's an interesting bit of kit he's found but ultimately usless these days.

Yeah, interesting and possibly worth saving from the recyclers for posterity or a future museum piece, but... until its aged... its an interactive Doom playing paperweight..
