Superb IV hybrid reduced boot capacity

Featured Replies

Available to pre order this summer for September delivery . Less boot space though  😞

ŠKODA SUPERB iV’s boot capacity is 485 l in the hatchback and 510 l in the estate. The petrol tank can hold 50 l. From the outside, the hybrid model can be identified by the iV badge at the rear; the front is shaped by a redesigned bumper with a honeycomb structure and Air Curtains. Thanks to the E-noise sound generator, road users such as pedestrians and cyclists will be able to hear an approaching ŠKODA SUPERB iV that is driving in electric mode in good time.

I thought it read for the delivery sometime next year.

Yes your right ! Date on website was for facelift 😞   then linked on to hybrid .loss of 150 litres boot space wont be good though 😞

I remember reading this when it was announced. It's such a big drop, I wonder if that will be a deal breaker for many people. One of the big draws of the Superb is it's cavernous boot.

It still all the interior space though and I am please that more boot space has not been lost. It is the car I will be looking at in 3 1/2 years time when my car will be nearly 11 years old, so not worth much.

True, and when my lease runs out in just over 2 years (whenever it actually arrives) it will certainly automatically be on my short list. I’d happily do my usual daily commutes on the electric mileage so would save a lot in fuel, just worried the purchase price will be too high.
