I have a set of electric heated seats im trying to retrofit to a none electric none heated mk3 vrs. Ive heard it has been done i need help with the wireing loom to get them to work properly

You should be able to use the Kufatec Golf Mk7 MQB platform wiring harness. It comes in two options, manual or electric seats. I retrofitted heated leather vRS seats (manual ooerarion).

 

You will need to change the connectors (or solder the wires direct).
