Should be collecting my Karoq next week but in the meantime have signed up for Connect even though I do not know its purpose.Is it worth having?Is there a dummies guide somewhere?

These websites do a good job is taking you through the different elements of Skoda Connect.

Skoda Connect is free on brand new Skoda's for the first 12 months, after which the majority of owners do not renew as it simply isn't worth the outlay.

I cannot even connect to the bl**dy service.

Keep getting unavailable message when I try and access it.

I am going around in circles trying to set it up.

Is there a set up guide for complete idiots rather than ordinary dummies ?
