Differences between PD100 & PD130 intercooler pipework.

Featured Replies

Evening all,

Had the front bumper off the car today to sort a couple of bits and pieces, and found that one of the supporting brackets for the intercooler pipework has snapped and that the bottom and top intercooler hoses are pretty soft.

In the world of upgraded "hard" hoses, I seem to only be able to find PD130 ones readily available. Is there any crossover between the 100 and the 130? Mines an ATD engine. I will eventually be messing around with injectors and turbos, so I'm looking at future proofing. (sticking with the SMIC, as I'm not looking for big power, so not fussed with a FMIC)

Cheers,

Ed.

It doesn't matter about the hoses being soft since they're under pressure and harden up under boost.
