Has anybody taken delivery of a car recently and purchased the discounted two service pack for £159? Do you know if you're supposed to get a certificate or similar to confirm the service pack from dealer on collection of car? I was told they don't give out anything like that but that I should receive something from Skoda confirming it soon. Not sure if that sounds right.

It comes from Skoda Finance, you'll get it through the post in a couple of weeks.

Mine took an age to arrive, eventually it turned up. 

 

Had the first service last week (car just short of 2 years old and 17k miles). It was a minor service and I was told the next one was a major and needed to be in 12 months/ 10k miles, due to the fact it's on a service plan. Seems a bit odd to me - even if I do think 2 years is too long an interval. 

My 245 was collected new on the 4th of May. The two service for £159 is detailed on the invoice and the Skoda finance literature. A sweet enough deal ............
