Garmin Favourites to Amundsen satnav

I have just taken delivery of my new Mk3 SEL Estate.  I'm slowly reading my way through the Manual to improve my efficiency with some new additions that were lacking in my old MK2.  I had Adaptive Cruise Control added instead of the basic CC and it's brilliant though I'm flashing a few people when I use the wrong stalk!  It would be great if I could avoid re-loading all my favourite addresses into the Amundsen Sat nav.  I have a Garmin sat nav and recall that "Favourites" can be saved to a laptop.  Has anyone downloaded these to the SD card for the Navigation system to use in My Destinations/Favourites?
