My rear right break light has failed and needs changing.
I've dismounted the cluster unit (see photo) and understand that the bulb to change is located under the widget in the red circle.
The manual says turn left and pull to access bulb.
The thing does turn left, alas it doesn't pull out.
Am I missing something?

It should come out by turning anti clockwise then pull out trying turning it a bit more once it reaches the stop

turned it anti clockwise then tried to pull out trying turning it a bit more once it reached the stop, multiple times, even with the help of flippin plieres and no go, the sod will not come out.
