Anyone have any info on how long it takes for service info to be included on the app?  I know it says up to 14 days on the app but is that realistic?  How long would you leave before asking the dealer why it isn't appearing?    

I haven't even been able to select my 'service partner' in the app?

Mine hasn't appeared 4 months after the service was carried out. Guess I'd best get in touch with the dealer

I've got the MySKODA app on my Android phone - last week there was an update for it, and since then it hasn't worked.  Won't even open - initial screen just closes a second or so after clicking on it, with a message saying "MySKODA has stopped"

 

There has been a further update this morning - and it still doesn't work.

 

I have sent feedback to report this problem (last week, and again this morning after the latest update).

 

Anybody else experiencing the same issues, or should I uninstall it and try again...?

Just this second logged into the MySkoda app - launches fine.

However, it doesn't yet contain my service from 12th November. When I collected my car post service the dealer gave me a print out of my digital service book and it of course included that service.

So the APp doesn't appear to be up to date for me.

Just checked mine. As usual had to find the VIN NUMBER key it in. A service done by a main dealer on 8th October had not been entered as of today. Thanks for the reminder; I have just been told that it will be added "as of today". 

Useless system.

My PDI inspection showed a week or so ago, but now it has magically disappeared.

Update, deleted and reinstalled the app (iPhone) it says there was an update 13 hours ago and it is there again.

Just to confirm it was the whole Digital Service Plan that wasn't showing at all on the app today, not just the info about the PDI

"Today "has turned out to be within 24hrs. So worthwhile asking about it. I've now made a digital backup of the service record. 

Who did you speak to regarding this? My service from beginning of November still isn't appearing.

The Skoda Service desk at my local dealer. Think he was Steve. 

I just checked the app again this morning and my service from Mid November has now appeared.

When I collected my car after the service I was given a print-out of my digital service book and that showed the service they had just completed.

So it has taken around 3 weeks from that being completed to it being available to me in the MySkoda App. Not a big issue - would have been if it had failed to appear.
