Where is the J533 Databus diagnostic interface module located on right-hand drive Kodiaqs ?

Featured Replies

As per subject, where is the J533 located on right-hand drive Kodiaqs ?

I'm retrofitting the TPMS direct system and some pictures show the J533 in the passenger footwell kick-panel for left-hand-drive.  Is it the same for the RHD?

I need to tap off CAN-H-ex and CAN-L-ex for the J502 TMS control unit (that is outside the car in the wheel arch).

Unhelpful Skoda documentation picture attached.

Is it's location likely to be hidden in any of the workshop manuals?

Thanks silver1011, the manual is actually where I got the picture from, in the section that is titled 'module locations'.  It's just a bit vague and I hoped someone would have located it before.

I'll have a peek behind the kick panel to check.

I suspect it's in the drivers side kick panel, as it's usually (with VAG products) near the diagnostics connector.
