6V0827566G or 6V0827566H

Featured Replies

Hallo,

I want to order a rear view camera for my Fabia 10-2015 Hatchback (MJ 2016) but I can't find the difference between the 6V0827566G and the 6V0827566H. Is there anybody here who can tell me which one I need?

Best regards from the Netherlands

From what I can see online, the 6V0827566H is the same camera unit but is a kit including the long wiring you'd need for running it to the infotainment system I guess? 6V0827566G Looks like just the unit on its own for swapping with an existing unit. This is all based off comparing them on cars-equipment.com though so not 100% sure :)

Actually saying that, on the 6V0827566H listing it says:

Successor: 5JA827566A / 6V0827566G / 6RF827566

So maybe something did change?

On the Dutch Skoda forum they say it is just the other way arond. The H for Estate and the G for Hatchback. Ok, we also drive on the other side of the road 🤣.

There also somebody who has to cut a bigger whole in his Skoda: https://www.skodaforum.nl/forum/i/achteruitrij-camera-fabia3-combi.34177/page-3 .

I already sent some emails to www.carequipment, but no answer.

Best
