Just a quick hello

 

My wife already has a CitiGo, and I'm probably going to buy one of the most wrongly named cars in world - a Rapid (it won't be) SE Sport (so not sporty) Spaceback (smaller boot than the saloon-style) - once I've sold my current JDM Subaru Spec-B GT twinscroll estate. I'll be taking a >50% drop in BHP over the Subaru... but also about a 100% rise in BHP over the '07 Aygo I am mostly actually driving at the moment!

A warm welcome to the Forum !  We have the diesel Aygo 56 plate.  Almost unbustable and now quite rare I am told.

Well, that took longer than I expected.... ...but the Legacy has been driven away, and I'm now the happy owner of a '16 plate Spaceback SE Sport - just 18k miles and at £8.5k, almost spot on half new price. Performance is acceptable; fuel economy is very nearly twice as good as the Leggie was (46mpg vs 24 (and the Leggie takes 99ron 😮 ); and I'm very impressed by the Amundsen stereo and how it integrates with the dash display and all the rest of the car. I guess this will be the first car ever I don't put my own stereo into! (But IIRC, my amps have line-level inputs  )
