Skoda fair coolant fan probelm

Featured Replies

Hi lads I’ve got a 2005 fabia vrs tdi my coolant fans don’t work I’ve test the fans direct by connecting 12v to them witch both work I get 12v to the plug for the sensor on the radiator I’ve tried the wire trick on the plug to see if the fans come on but they don’t the relay clicks and that’s it I’ve changed it today as it was doing it on the other relay anyone know what I could do or where to start

You should check fuses since the relays are switching ok.

Fuse 8 (30A) and fuse 5 (40A)  at the battery...

Wires are all okay I’ve taken fans off and tested both and there working fine getting voltage to the plugs from the cars wiring loom to the plugs that connect to fans
