Hey,

i have fabia 2016 and the button on the steering wheels sometimes work and sometimes no...

sometimes even change the display on the maxidot from speed to oil temp and its refuse to go back to the speed display..

What can I do?

or if someone can give me a link or part number to replace the part.

IIRC there was a TPI out for cars in the UK saying to replace the button unit on the steering due to early failures on some cars. I wonder if this is a more general issue in other countries too. Check with your dealer, you may find they can replace it free, or at low cost even if you car is out of warranty.

Oky, thanks I will go to the dealer and see what can they do.

I thought that was a easy way , because the dealer is about 100 km from my home for part that cost maybe 10$

My last Fabia (2016) had this problem and it was replaced under warranty. It's a known issue.
