Hi guys,

 

Ive had my Octavia for a year now and the first week I had it (3 years old 69k on the clock) it activated the stop start feature at some lights and then refused to restart for about 2 hours while I waited for RAC.

This then progressed to intermittently

not starting stating ERROR STOP START and now it’s fairly regular.

 

Any ideas on this would be great?

@ords I’ve seen these threads and they talk about various issues regarding it not stopping the engine etc however my car doesn’t start which is totally different. 

If you have any threads directly related to the vehicle not starting due to ERROR STOP START I’ll gladly take a look however I’ve not been able to find them myself!
