Hi all may be a stupid one but after having my new 66plate pre f/l 230 a week now it annoys me that it trys to find previos owners phones before mine, now ive looked but cant see hiw to delete, is it a case of resetting all factory settings, if so is this just basics like radio stations etc, cheers all

As above, but to be honest whenever I buy a car or even hire a car, the first thing I do is reset the infotainment back to factory settings and start afresh. Any system updates will be retained.

 

Regarding updates, it's also worth checking the Skoda portal for latest software patches for your system and updating it if necessary.
