I've found many posts on the MK1 (50+45°) but none for the MK3.

 

Do you know what the correct NM and degrees is?

My Haynes book for 6R Polo agrees with what you wrote, I'd think that not much has changed over the years in that area.

Yes, it's the same. This extract is from the Fabia III 2015 > Workshop Manual.
