Help needed

So!!!!

Got myself some new discs and pads everything fine and dandy until I took wheel, caliper off. Then slapped my M14 in the rear caliper carrier and the bolt is not having it. Getting a closer gander at the bolt and a few of teeth are a bit worn and the M14 won't sit in it properly. Looking like new carrier bolts. Anyone know a replacement? Also what's the specs on the disc brake screw cause someone has had a right go on this one going to have to drill it out.
