Looking for a MK2 Monte TSI for my OH and have spotted a July 2014 one with 85k on which looks in good condition and has good history.

 

It's the highest mileage one I've seen but obviously attractively priced. Are the engines past their best by this point or if well looked after should it still give many years happy motoring?

It will likely only do 5k PA in our custody.

its an unknown really as small engine turbo's are a relatively new route car manufacturer's have taken, so longevity of a 1.2 turbo? who knows
