DashCam fuse query

Featured Replies

Hi

I recently had a DashCam fitted (Nextbase 522 plus rear) and got my local independent to fit it when they did the service.

Not sure what fuse number they have used but.I have noticed that the coming home feature on the lights does not work as it did and if you alter the settings on them it messes with the dashcam.  I.e. lengthen the time and the cam no longer functions in GSensor mode, revert the changes and it does etc.

From digging around the forum I notice fuse number 48 being the one recommended which if I am reading right is for the blind spot detection.  Could that be confirmed. I have the TSI220 L&K.

Not over comfy touching this stuff so will probably take it back to them to resolve which they will do no worries but thought if I get the right info first it might help.  Is it simple to alter from where they have put it?

Thanks

Paul

Have had a look this lunchtime and if I am reading it correctly they have used position 39 which is Central locking - passenger door and right rear door, rear view mirror.
