New rear discs/pads, new front pads at last service in June (52300 miles)

New rear tyres after the recent MOT (55000 miles)

11 months MOT - done early for my peace of mind as I wouldn't want to sell with any impending issues.

No outstanding finance

Personal reg is not included in the sale so unless otherwise agreed the car will be transferred to a 65 plate reg.
