Buying a 2016 vRS

Hello all.

Hoping to get some neutral opinions and suggestions in order to finally make up my mind.

So, I'm looking at a 2016 Octavia vRS 2.0 TSI with 29k miles on the clock ( 47k km). It's  FWD, manual trans and 162kW. Warranty lasts till 20.06.2020.  I'm aware there's going to be a bit bigger maintenance at 37k miles (60k km).

I've come to an understanding the carbon build-up issue isn't that serious on the EU versions. Is that correct? What about water pump? 

Anyway, you get the idea   

I'm not totally new to Skodas as I've had to say farewell to my 2013 mk2 Octavia a few weeks ago.
