Ok so this has come up on my car. Can anyone enlighten me as to what it might actually mean?

 

Comes up when I’ve gone into the brakes section of my fault code reader 

It means exactly what it says, there's a sporadic fault in the engine ECU that the ABS module is reminding you to go and check out. A cross-reference sort of thing.

Do you have engine faults?

Only for cam shaft sensor
