hi everyone. I have a 2012 superb estate. It's the 2.0 tdi elegance dsg and ever since owning it, I've noticed that the heaters blow cool air until the climatronic is set to high. It's been in the garage for some warranty work and they've said they can't find any faults. Is this normal? I had it on 25 degrees when I took it there and it was still cool. Engine temp was at 90degrees and had been driving for 170 miles so well up to temperature. Any advice would be appreciated. TIA. 

Did you ever get this sorted?  I've got the exact same issue.  I recall seeing something about it being related to cabin temperature sensors but I cannot find the thread.
