As above really, thinking of fitting them now I’ve got my car cleaned properly. Might give it a little bit of depth.

Genuine ones are moulded, even tho they say they don’t fit they quite clearly do! The rally ones are just straight but wider.

Opinions, or has anyone got them fitted to compare?

My white vRS with mudflaps fitted. I was worried that they would stand out like a sore thumb but you can hardly see them. They keep it a bit cleaner.

Yeah, again have just fitted normal moulded flaps to mine. I think they make the car look better actually...

 

 

Please don't put rally flaps on it. Leave that for the Subaru children.

+1 on regular mudflaps. Actual ('Michael') 'bolt-on' OEM fitment, and then - if you feel the need - you can add 4 x decals / stickers on the bottoms to make them look a little more 'RS-y'. I thought about doing it with the Eibach stickers I nabbed was given when I picked them up from mechanic's, but then remembered that I neither have a Scoobie or am a vape-ist.
