As the missus and I share our car, I figured that the personalisation was a good option to select when ordering my car - the main reason being the seat position memory. However, try as I might, I cannot get it to work!

 

I have manually assigned my key to driver 1 and apparently that's recorded. I haven't set the missus' key up yet, but she has her seat position saved under memory position 2 using the buttons on the side of the seat. However, when I unlock the car with my key, I had anticipated that the seat would go back to my position automatically (incidentally assigned to seat memory position 1). Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to work. I'm not really sure what I'm doing wrong? I have seen some other posts mention on option in the menu, but I can't find that either. Can anyone assist?

Need to activate and put profile to each key. 

Thanks for this. It was actually page 64 in my manual and try as I might, I couldn't get it to work. However, I deleted everything and started from scratch which seemed to work. Who knows what was the matter with it!
