Journey Information

Featured Replies

When I have done say a short journey in the morning, when I next use the car that day the maxidot shows Journey Information which is miles travelled that day, MPG and a couple of other entries.  I don't find the information to be of any use to me at all.

I want to stop this information appearing on the maxidot but can't seem to switch it off in the car's settings.  Anyone know how to stop it appearing?  By the way, this information is in addition to the various entries that I can call up and scroll through using the thumbwheels on the steering wheel.  Thank you.

I get it on my virtual cockpit everytime, I just ignore it unless it's a long journey then it might be interesting to me to see exactly how far I've done over the "booked normal" route if I've been diverted off of it.

If it's just like out & back in a day (which I do) for example Guildford - Taunton - Minehead - Taunton - Guildford, which happens occasionally then it's quite interesting to see how the car fares on fuel consumption, mileage and time. Otherwise its ignored, I don't think you can do anything unless it's a tweak that can be done via VCDS or OBD11.
