K&N on a 2003 Octy TDi

Featured Replies

..do they make one??? and are they the best to go for if they do??

I would go for the BMC carbon box very well made, great fit

alot of vw group owners use them with a lot of praise

the price is about £160-180 depending on engine type

Hi Mate

Yes they do one.

It is the same as the Golf Mk4 filter.

K & N are the market leaders and have been going for quite a few years.

We do these and we can post them out too.

£40.00 + VAT these are.

Hope this helps

Sarah

hmmmm.... ponder ponder.... cheers for your thoughts guys and gals, guess I'm going to have to do a bit more thinking :)

Just get bit of kitchen towel and dab the excess oil off of the K&N filter .....works very well

The main thing is that MAFs go down on even the most standard of standard cars with OEM filters on.

So I would think that it is harsh to put it down to K & N but then they have been around for quite a few years and they are the market leaders , so they cant all be bad?
