1.9tdi pd100 fabia won’t start 

has been slow starting since I got it a week ago but now when I turn the key there is nothing but everything else still works

Yeah there is it sounds like a relay 

Battery or starter motor is dying, check voltage on the battery, charge it if low and try jump starting it.

 

This is 101 stuff, not really Skoda specific.

The car jump starts fine just wondering if there is anything else is gone before replacing starter

This is very often the starter solenoid wire broken near the connector.

No, wait, not if it jump starts OK. Unless you meant bump start?

 

Does the battery light come on with ignition?

The battery?

 

Jump starting uses jump leads, bump starting means pushing or towing the car.

I was 99% certain it was the battery, then I asked you, and I was 100% certain about the battery, and if @Wino and @sepulchrave agree with me you can take that to the bank all day long.
