I recently bought an Octavia mk3 (2013 elegance 65k miles )2.0Tdi  DSG and I discovered some noises

A noise coming from Flywheel mostly can be heard when the car is on neutral or parking and only when the engine is warm

 Another noise is coming from the gearbox when I released the acceleration pedal can be heard a  clunk noise and also when I’m driving at low speeds under 20 mph and I don’t accelerate the car I can hear noises coming from gearbox and also when the car deceleration same noises

 The car drives very well, gearbox change all the gears very smoth so I’m a little bit worried if the gearbox is almost dead..so what can I expect to be ?Many thanks

Has the gearbox had an oil change, should have been done at about 4 years or 40k miles, but some owners skimp on these things especially if intending to offload car in following year

 

Noise could be from multitude of things

I’v been told by Skoda dealer that the oil has been changed at 40k miles.So the noises from gearbox are normal?

Noises in DSG was probably why the car was up for sale. How recently after buying the car have these noises developed. Have you got any warranty? See if you can get an experienced 2nd opinion. 

I bought the car 4 weeks ago 

The seller provided me a 3th party warranty with WARRANTY ASSIST  (3months warranty) but i’m not sure if is a problem with the car or not cause the warranty company covers me only if the car is broken

the noises from gearbox are not very loud and more Like a clunk noise i’m just worried that in the future i could have big problems (expensive)

Hopefully there will be someone come along who has experience of your problem and advise. 

My car has the same flywheel  noise like In this video And also I can hear Clunk noises coming from underneath the car from DSG gearbox
