Ok i need help fast i have skoda octavia combi 2008 and it have now sat one week and today i tired to start it half of the electrical does not work. Fuses all were fine and car tuns on , radio works , driver side back window only opens up and pretty much other electric wont work high beams , 3 windows wont go down , heater wont work , turn signal and wipers wont turn on... What could be issue ???? Battery  should be fine...

Check/Charge the battery first.

"Should be" and "is" aint the same

 

If the battery is dropping below min required power available, the car will start turning non essential systems to save on power draw, youll notice functions not working anymore..

 

Test and eliminate the easy possibilities first...
