Bulbs

Featured Replies

Not the gardening type, but those glimmers of light on our cars. Locally I've noticed rip off prices on the humble sidelight /numberplate lamp on Furby. So I checked out a few on line places and found the prices lower , but it's wait. And whilst Haynes gives scant details of the types ( just wattages for the common or garden bulbs) , I've found that Halfords do an on line bulb "find the right bulb for your car" page on https://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/GuidedSalesChangeCar?langId=-1&storeId=10001&catalogId=10151&categoryId=165538.

So it's go to this page -find the right bulb and go check on the other major sellers.

Me- I'd suggest that other members do what I'm about to do - buy a set of bulbs and when one blows, order a replacement.

I would suggest you go to your local Motor Factor for them instead as they can tell you what bulbs are fitted and will be much cheaper.

Also if a few club together most sell in packs of 10 at a greatly discounted price.
