False warning lights?

Anyone getting a false warning light for a defective trailer bulb out when all of the lights seem to be working. 

I have a factory fitted towbar on my kodiaq, and my trailer has new ready wired LED lights with a 7 pin plug which is obviously then plugged in with the supplied adapter. 

I'm guessing that the car is picking up on a possible low voltage (car recons I have a bad taillight on my trailer) or something like that but any further thoughts/ideas are greatly appreciated, cheers.
